Surprise Wedding !

Hello Family,

This is Sara Rubinstein.

I'm writing to let everybody know that I got married last week !

My new husband and I decided to forego a proper wedding for a number of reasons. We did tell Joe and Heike and of course Mark beforehand. Nancy Wurman was in on it as well. We are planning a small celebration with our parents and siblings in September and hope to celebrate with the whole family at the 2009 reunion.

We were married at a courthouse in International Falls, Minnesota last week on our way home from a cabin trip to Lake of the Woods, Canada. We are very happy that we found each other.

My husband's name is Thomas Case. He and his family are from the Minneapolis area. We met in December of 2006 in the building where we both work. Thomas is a musician, we met because he has a recording studio in the same building as my photo studio. Thomas also teaches math to students whose second language is English.

Thomas has an eight year old son named Tighe who is also joining the Rubinstein family as my step-son, my parents are excited to have their first grandchild ! The three of us will celebrate with my parents and Mark in a few weeks in South Carolina as well.

We are very excited to see everybody next summer ! I hope everybody is doing well and look forward to hearing from you.
